We call the Doctor, Dr. Bala. He is wonderful. He listens to you and assures you when needed. My husband had a pacemaker put in and it takes awhile to adjust to. So his careful attention to my husband has helped so much. Dr. Bala is such an expert in his field. The office is run well and waiting time is very minimal. I highly recommend him.

The receptionist left me sitting and did not check me in..I finally asked her when I would be seen and she asked me if I signed in. I showed her the place where I has signed in at 2:16. Her re ply was they would see me after the next two patients. I had already been sitting there while several others had been seen.
