My appointment was @ 10:40 am. I had a long wait time in the lobby. Many people who came after my arrival were seen prior to me. Quality of care was professional, personable & knowledgeable. Questions answered satisfactorily.

There was a stressful mix-up re my appointment with this team; however, one of the staff was able to get me in to see Dr Makkar. This was the first time meeting Dr Makkar and he was able to put my mind at ease, and did a good job of explaining what were the best procedures going forward.

Dr. Mo is a great doctor who is kind and explains everything. I agree with review made by Teri that the back office needs some work. They don’t communicate well with each other. I confirmed that my HMO referral was there with his assistant the day before my appointment but their referral department called me while I was driving to my appointment and said it wasn’t. I had to pull over while they put me on hold to check. They finally came back and said they found it on a different screen so I was okay. Previous appointment I showed up and they turned me away because they said my referral had expired and they didn’t know why. So I had to straighten it out. So they do need to get it together.

Dr Mo is great listen to my concerns and took action with it. The receptionist was not very nice wanted to argue about referral and my Dr. sent it 6/16/26 so what’s the problem?

A very pleasant experience The doctor explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. I have both of the appointments for the ablation and the pacemaker/defibrillator all set up.
