Dr Saks is very thorough and kind. Some of her staff are very nice and some are a bit cold. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk was having a conversation with a patient about going to the hospital. She never once spoke to me and barely acknowledged me. It was rather cold, although I understand, the phone conversation may have been an emergency.
