The waiting area was extremely crowded. I felt like “just a number”. Dr Makkar however was very professional. He took the time to answer questions & explain all the pros & cons of pending procedure.

I drove over 90 miles round trip for discussin of my case. Waited over 40 minutes to see Dr. did no exam or say anything other than schedule ablasion. I could have done this over the phone. I gave prescription update and did not look at it. Recommend video conference for folks out of town.
