My appt with Dr. Makkar was double booked for my time slot. Not only that, there were close to 15 people in the waiting room still waiting to see Dr. Makkar, if he had even arrived I don't know. I did the math and if 15 people got 15 minutes to see the dr I would be waiting almost 4 hours in a very small cramped waiting room. I left Dr. Swarup's practice because I had the same problem after my ablation, which was successful, I'm thankful & grateful for that. I feel they have no consideration for patients after the completed procedure, and those who are not able to wait 4 hours to see them. God forbid you are in distress. I felt like I was only a $ to them. Get a second opinion. I left the office without seeing the doctor. Thankfully I was only there for a medicine check that I will request from my primary care.

Dr Balakrishnan did a thorough examination. He made sure my devices were working correctly, and familiarized himself with my condition. Asked important questions and reviewed my medications.

Dr. Mo, takes time to ask questions and he always asks if I have any questions as well. He always explains things so I completely understand. Dr. Mo is really good in articulating any issue or questions I have. I leave fully understanding where my AFIB is at this moment in time. Great Doctor!
